We reached the upper 90s again today, with Seminole even climbing to 100°. Here's a look at the high temps across the region. DFW made it to 100° today for the first time this year.
The start to the week looks hot and sunny, with temperatures in the upper 90s again Monday and Tuesday. We then drop down to the low 90s by the second half of the week. A cold front will move into the Panhandle, but will likely stall out to our north - a similar setup to last week. That means our rain chances look slim at this point - only about 10% on Thursday and Friday, mostly in our nothern counties. The ridge of high pressure looks to build up again by next weekend, meaning the sunshine and hot temperatures will continue. What can I say... it is July!
Hope you had a wonderful weekend and were able to stay cool. Join me tonight on the News at Nine!
