The 1980's brought big hair, neon colors, great music and awesome dance moves. Throwing it back to the 80's is fun on its own, but it also ties in perfectly with this year's Park and Recreation Month as we celebrate 30 years of honoring parks and recreation in July.
The event is called "Recreating Like It's 1985" and you can celebrate National Parks and Rec Month by roller skating with the kiddos to music from the 80's from 6-7 PM then bring the teens to the dance party 7-9 PM complete with karoke! Clapp Park's Hodges Community Center along with Safety City are hosting this flash back blast."
FOX 34's Ashley Claster kicked it back to the 80's for your Look Around Lubbock. View the attached video to see and learn more.
