We'll have great weather this Fourth of July evening! Mostly clear conditions are expected - perfect for all the fireworks out there tonight! The display at Mackenzie Park is set to begin at dusk. Sunset will be at 9:01 p.m., and temperatures will be in the low 80s around that time.
The mostly clear conditions remain overnight and through the day Sunday, but change arrives by Monday. We're expecting rain chances to begin Monday afternoon, and pick up overnight as a cold front moves through into early Tuesday morning. The chance for rain continues all the way through about Thursday, before we dry out going into next weekend.
Temperatures will also take a dip thanks to the cold front. We'll go from the low 90s Monday to the upper 70s Tuesday. We'll then be stuck in the 80s through the middle part of the week, before warming back to the 90s again by Friday.
Happy Independence Day! Enjoy the fireworks tonight, and be safe! I'll have the hour-by-hour forecast on FOX34 News Saturday at 6 on FOX34 News Now, and again on FOX34 News at Nine.
